Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Hygiene Exclusions
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened, used or tampered fragrances. Discovery samples and bespoke private label compositions are non-returnable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
Email royalorchidperfumes@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 675 7740 with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label for UAE addresses.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After dispatch, the order must be received and processed as a standard return.
